Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. Production begins upon receipt of approved artwork and payment confirmation.

Artwork and Design

Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted artwork meets our specifications. We offer design assistance but are not liable for errors in customer-supplied artwork that has been approved for production.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated based on package dimensions, weight, and destination. Estimated delivery times are guidelines and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or errors on our part. Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the order with photographic evidence.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products.
